I've only seen the thing in SCVI from watching videos, I just thought it looked cool and flashy which is its intended purpose. If they want to cater to casuals then add a proper tutorial or single player offering Auto combos and Rage Arts do not, they're lazy, lame and utterly pointless. Things like armor moves, Rage, Rage Drives, screw, wall bound, counter hit are examples of things that add positive dynamics to gameplay. It's just a hindrance that doesn't actually add anything positive to the gameplay.

It gets too predictable blocking a rage art. I mean, I don't dislike it because I can't deal with it, it's because for me it takes away the anticipation at the end of a match. Even winning those clashes is about the most awkward thing I felt, even Injustice did that better It's not really a question of skill when it comes to Rage Arts, I feel like it's just a lazy "get out of jail free" card for newbies. It's literally rock paper scissors, absolutely nothing to do with your skill or wits.
